Trying to figure out my gear ratio don't under stand the math (public school ) motor 14 shaft in 40 shaft out 14 rear gear 64 . please show me !!

Divide input by driver(motor) 40/14 =2.857 Divide sprocket by output 64/14 =4.571 Multiply 2.857 x 4.571 = 13.059 It's simple if you take the two chains divide the big gear by the small one. do this for both chains and then multiply the to numbers. Thats the best way for me to remember it. Hope that helps #62

That sounds high for the wood ? I run a kt100 masters and I only tip the scales at 165. Where sould I be ?
