April 1st is our next club meeting.
We will be going over the rules and making some clarifications
and possible changes. We will also be voting on 3 staff positions
If you want to be a part of any rule changes come and be heard.
You must be a paid member in order to vote on any changes. If you
can not make the meeting and still want to vote, contact an existing
staff member in order to carry your proxy vote. Each staff member
will be allowed 1 proxy vote. Text or email is the best way to make
sure your proxy is accepted.
so far nominees for staff positions are as follows:
President, Secretary, and 2 board of directors

Secretary:
Brenda Jarret accepted
B.O.D.:
Wayne Thompson accepted
Steve Miller accepted

Nominees will be accepted right up to the start of meeting, but
